Can it actually book tables, or just take orders?
Both, on the same call. It checks live availability, party limits, service hours and how long you seat a table for, then either confirms on the spot or holds the booking for staff approval. The reservation shows up on your floor plan immediately.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your existing number and forward the line to us. Your regulars dial exactly what they always have.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Mandarin today, with more coming. It detects which one the caller is using and switches without being asked — including mid-call, which happens more than you'd think.
Will it work with my POS?
It integrates directly with Square, Toast, Clover and SpotOn, and runs alongside anything else through an ordering API. We'll confirm your exact setup on the demo call before you commit to anything.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are answering calls within a few days. The work on your side is handing us a menu and your hours; the tuning is ours.
What happens when it can't help?
It hands off to whoever is on shift, or takes a callback request if nobody can pick up. It never leaves a caller stuck in a loop, and it never pretends to know something it doesn't.
