The service

Rindo provides an AI phone answering service that takes orders and reservations on behalf of your restaurant, together with a dashboard for managing them.

Your responsibilities

Keeping menu, pricing, hours and availability accurate; disclosing call recording to your callers where required; and honouring orders and reservations the service accepts on your behalf.

Fees

Either a percentage of orders taken, capped monthly, or a flat per-order and per-reservation fee, as selected in your order form. No monthly subscription and no setup fee.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Telephone delivery depends on carriers outside our control.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate on thirty days' written notice. You keep your phone number; we return your menu and customer data on request.
